My Background

Hello, I’m Andy Ostrand.

I grew up in Southern Door County and, even though my career has taken me across the country, Door County has always been home. My mom still lives here, and since 2013 my wife and I have owned a home on Glidden Drive, where we’ve spent countless weekends and summers.

We love spending time in Door County and look forward to retiring here in the years ahead. Starting Ironwood Property Care is my way of helping homeowners spend less time worrying about their properties and more time enjoying all that Door County has to offer.

Over nearly 30 years in construction, I’ve helped lead major projects with Mortenson Construction and others, including BayCare Medical Center in Green Bay, Aurora Summit near Oconomowoc, and the American Family Insurance headquarters outside Madison.

Along the way, I built a reputation for reliability, problem-solving, communication, and quality work — the same values I now bring to caring for Door County homes.
