Professional Background

Hello, I’m Andy Ostrand.

I grew up in Southern Door County, graduating from Southern Door High School, and even though my career has taken me across the country, Door County has always been home. My mom still lives here, and since 2013 my wife and I have owned a home on Glidden Drive, where we’ve spent countless weekends and summers. We love this community and plan to retire here in the near future — starting Ironwood Property Care is how I can bring my skills back home and make that move a little sooner.

Over nearly 30 years in construction, I’ve had the privilege of leading major projects with Mortenson Construction and others, including BayCare Medical Center in Green Bay, Aurora Summit near Oconomowoc, and the American Family Insurance headquarters outside Madison. Along the way, I’ve built a reputation for reliability, problem-solving, strong communication, and delivering high-quality results — the same qualities I now bring to caring for Door County homes.
